Standard Shipping Methods Our standard method of shipping is via United Parcel Service (UPS) unless otherwise specified. All goods will be shipped F.O.B., Carson, California

UPS Ground – Regular delivery speed, shipping times vary by destination. Please contact our customer service reps for details, or go to www.ups.com for transit time

3. Next Day – Three delivery times:
    a. Next Day A.M. – Delivers before 8 a.m.
    b. Next Day – Delivers before 10 a.m.
    c. Next Day Saver – Delivers before 5 p.m.

Shipping Turn-Around Time

We guarantee shipping within 3 business days in most circumstances. However, larger shipments may require additional packing times.

For UPS Ground shipments:
Orders placed before 3 p.m. EST – ship on third business day or earlier
Orders placed after 3 p.m. EST – ship on fourth business day or earlier

For UPS Air shipments:
Order placed before 2 p.m. EST – ship on the same day
Order placed after 2 p.m. PST – ship next day or earlier

For future ship dates, please specify the dates the shipment is to go out. (Take into account the ground shipping time for accurate delivery date.)

Alternative Shipping Methods

We also allow our customers to designate trucking companies to ship your merchandise. Please provide the following information:

Note: Shipments via designated trucking companies are on Freight Collect Basis only.

Shipping Restrictions (P.O. Box)

We do not make deliveries to P.O. Boxes, in compliance with the policies UPS, our standard shipping carrier.

Drop Shipping

The Highest Heel and Global Footwear Partners, Inc. offer a drop ship service for our customers. We drop ship under the following terms. Please call our office if you have any other questions regarding drop shipping.

1. There is a $ 5.00 per drop ship address handling charge.

2. We use only UPS service for drop ships.

3. We Drop ship only in the continental United States.

4. Returns for drop ships are not excepted from our clients customer.

5. We do not offer any additional service to our clients “Retail” customer.

6. Our merchandise is monitored online to ensure that proper retail prices and integrity are met. We reserve the right to cancel any customers account whom we feel is damaging the retail price point or integrity of the product. We recommend a retail price that is at least 2 ½ times the wholesale price.
