Global Footwear Partners, Inc. offers one FREE product catalog to each customer. Additional catalogs are available for a nominal fee of $ 3.00 each. If you wish to receive a product catalog:

Please submit the following items:
1. A copy of your resale license
2. A completed copy of the Catalog Request Form

If you choose to pay by credit card, also submit:
3. A completed copy of the Credit Card Authorization Form
4. A copy of the front and back of your credit card

International

Global Footwear Partners, inc offers international customers one free catalog. However, a $ 10.00 fee will be assessed for postage and handling. A credit for this charge will be issued on your first order.

The one-time charge is payable by:
- All major credit cards
- Wire Transfer
Note: Any bank charges regarding international payment methods such as wire transfers/cashiers checks to Global Footwear Partners, Inc. will be at customer’s cost.
- Cashier’s Check

Please submit the following items:
1. A completed copy of the Catalog Request Form
If you choose to use the credit card, also submit:
2. A completed copy of the Credit Card Authorization Form
3. A copy of the front and back of your credit card
4. A copy of the 1st page of your most recent credit card statement (for verification).
Canadian Customer please also submit:
