TERMS AND POLICIES

Payment Terms:

Credit Card unless other arrangements are made through The Highest Heel Enterprises, LLC.. We do offer credit for qualified customers through our factor service.

Prices:

Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise (original and back orders) will be billed at the prevailing prices at the time of shipment.

Drop Shipments:

We offer drop ship services. There is a $ 5.00 charge for each domestic shipment. Returns for drop shipped merchandise will not be accepted from a 3rd party individual. No call tags will be issued for drop ships, and we will only credit accounts for merchandise with a manufacturer defect.

Freight:

All merchandise will be shipped via United Parcel Service unless otherwise specified. Drop shipments will only be shipped United Parcel Service. All goods are shipped F.O.B. Louisville KY.

Merchandise Return Policy:

To be eligible for credit, all returns must meet the following conditions: Merchandise was ordered directly from Global Footwear Inc. and have a valid invoice to confirm the return.

Merchandise must be returned within three (3) months of the invoice date. Returns after three (3) months of the invoice date will receive a maximum of 50% of the invoice value. No returned merchandise will be accepted after six (6) months from the invoice date.

Merchandise must be in the original packaging. Returns will NOT be accepted if the returned merchandise is not in its original packaging, or if the packaging bears any hand written marks such as style and/or sizing. All stickers or labeling applied to the packaging or the merchandise itself must be removed prior to returning; otherwise a 10% service charge will be assessed. Merchandise must be clean, unused, and in salable condition.

Merchandise is NOT from any The Highest Heel Enterprises, LLC. final Closeout offers. The Highest Heel Enterprises, LLC. reserves the right to refuse returns due to claims relative to merchandise’s sizing, fitting, color, or dimensions, and has the final say in this regard.

Claims:

We do not accept claims for used or worn goods. All claims for discrepancies and shipping errors must be made within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Any claims due to carton damage or breakage must be made with the carrier directly.

Refused Shipments:

Receipt of any refused shipment by The Highest Heel Enterprises, LLC. without prior notice is considered a request to cancel all outstanding orders. All refused shipments will result in a 15% restocking charge plus any additional freight costs incurred. (These charges will be added to reshipments or future orders before shipments may resume.)

Insufficient Funds:

A $ 40.00 fee will be applied to each check returned for insufficient funds.

Use of Artwork/Images:

Use of The Highest Heel Enterprises, LLC photographs, website, or artwork images is governed by the The Highest Heel Enterprises, LLC Image Release Agreement. Images, including those contained in this catalog may only be used pursuant to the terms of that agreement.
