Set up a wholesale account

Global Footwear Partners, Inc. is a manufacturer/wholesaler which sells to retail stores only. If you are a retailer, please submit the following items by fax, mail, or email to set up your account. Upon approval, you will be eligible to place orders and access our online ordering system.

If you have a fax, we would prefer that you click here and fax us a copy of our new user profile form.

If you do not have a fax and would like submit your application online, then please make sure that you are using Explorer 5.0 or higher when submitting your online application. Otherwise, we cannot be sure your application will be processed properly. A copy of your business license and tax ID number will be required before we can release your first shipment from our warehouse.
